Billing Integration: A Simpler Way to Manage Your Server

We're rolling out a major update: billing is getting integrated directly into your dashboard. Everything you need to set up, manage, and pay for your server is now in one place.

What's Changing

We've been working on making server management as straightforward as possible. No more bouncing between sites, managing separate accounts, or dealing with confusing steps. With this update, billing lives right where it should be: inside your dashboard.

For New Customers

Setting up and managing your server is about to get way simpler. Here's what's changing:

  • Pay During Server Creation: Complete your payment right in the server creation wizard. Pick your resources, see the price, and you're done.
  • Upgrade or Downgrade from Settings: Need more RAM? Want to scale down? Just head to your server settings, select your new resources, see the updated price, and confirm. No tickets, no waiting.
  • Cancel by Deleting Your Server: Want to end your subscription? Simply delete your server and you're done.* No hunting for cancellation buttons in a separate billing portal.

Everything's in one place now.

*Servers must be active for a minimum of 30 days before cancellation.

For Existing Customers

If you already have a subscription with us, don't worry. Your current subscriptions stay exactly as they are. No changes needed on your end, and no action required.

That said, if you'd prefer to switch to the new system, you're welcome to do so. Just cancel your old subscription and set up fresh through the dashboard.

A Note on Pricing

You might've heard that memory prices are going wild right now. Demand is through the roof and supply is tight. We're talking about 350% increases on our end, which hits our server build costs pretty hard.

Here's the deal: we're not raising prices right now. We're running off our current stock, so you're good for the time being. However, if we have to start buying memory at these new prices, we'll probably need to adjust our rates to keep service quality where it should be.

Price Lock Guarantee

If you already have a subscription, your pricing stays locked in. We're not touching existing customer rates.
