Community guidelines
How we keep the forum useful and safe.
1. The rules
Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, slurs, threats or pile-ons. Everyone here was new once.
Answer the question that was asked. If you’re guessing, say so. Don’t reply just to bump a thread.
Your server’s place is the server list: list it there and say who you’re looking for. In threads, share your listing only where it answers the question. No selling, referral links or invite spam.
No fake giveaways, free Nitro, account trading, or tools that attack other servers. Links that ask for a login are removed.
Never post passwords, tokens, keys or someone else’s personal details. We hide what we can find, but you know your server best.
Billing, payments and access to your account go in a support ticket, not a public thread.
Including pirated software, leaked plugins and content that sexualises anyone under 18. We remove it and may report it.
2. How moderation works
Felix screens every new post. Anything doubtful is held, not deleted, until a moderator looks at it. Moderators are Falix staff and trusted helpers who moderate one room. Room moderators can hide, lock, move and merge; only staff can limit accounts.
- First breach of a rule: the post is hidden and you get the reason.
- Repeated or serious breaches: posting is paused for 7 days, then 30 days.
- Scams, illegal content and threats: the account loses forum access straight away.
3. Reporting
Use Report on any post, pick a reason and add a note if it helps. To report illegal content, choose that reason and tell us which law it breaks. You can also do this without an account: report illegal content
4. Decisions and appeals
When we remove your content or limit your account, you get a statement with the rule, what we saw, who decided, what changes and when. You can ask us to look again once per decision; a different moderator reviews it, usually within 2 days.
5. Felix, our AI
Felix answers from our guides and docs and is always labelled as AI. Felix never sees your account in public threads, never acts on your server, and can be wrong: reply and a person will pick it up.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You let us show it on the forum, translate it, and use solved answers in our guides and in Felix’s answers. If you delete your account, your posts stay, signed “Deleted user”; ask support if you want specific posts removed.
